What is the maximum number of people allowed in a tiny home?

Due to the size and style of our tiny homes, the maximum capacity of each home is 4 persons regardless of age. Upon special agreement and for short stay only, you may bring an extra child under 2 years of age, free of charge.

Can I bring pets?

We have nothing against your pets but we do respect allergic guests, too. This means no exceptions will be made, even for dogs or cats without hair.

What if I arrive at late night or need to leave very early?

We do accept late check in requests and will arrange smooth check in upon your arrival whenever you may arrive.

In case of early check out please put the keys in our postbox.

Can I have day visitors during my stay?

We are located in a quiet residential area where our neighbors respect our guests and our guests should respect our neighbors. Our guests do not invite visitors and do not make parties or celebrations here.

For safety and security of guests personal possessions and cottage inventory only registered and paid guests may use facilities. There is NOT an open door policy and no exceptions for visitors will be made.

Where can I buy some food or have a meal?

The nearest grocery shop “MEGO” is 4 km away. It will take you 7 minutes drive, 15 minutes cycle or 30 minutes leisurely walk.

Those, who like fresh, organic food from local farmers are welcome to visit our local food market each Saturday from 7-12 am in the village center. It takes about 10 minutes by foot.

The nearest restaurant “SALT WATER” is located 6 km away. It takes 10 minutes by car. They have live music (concerts) each Thursday.

If you do not want to go to village you can come to us and we will make something yummy for you. Subject to availability, of course.

What is required to reserve a tiny home?

You can securely book online or via your smartphone on our mobile-friendly website. Another way is to email your reservation request to info@illumitech.lv and we will send you an invoice for 1 night deposit payment to secure your reservation. For last minute bookings you can call +37167527222 and let us know your approximate time of arrival (for the same or next day).

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival without giving reasons, provided that the deposit required for the reservation is repaid. If you need to change your reservation dates please call us ASAP to make necessary adjustments.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all credit cards (via secure booking online), direct bank transfer and cash upon arrival. If you choose direct bank transfer, you will receive an invoice for the 1st night deposit. You can settle the rest of payment in cash upon arrival or make another transfer before arrival.

Is it possible to transfer my booking to somebody else?

If you cannot go on holiday yourself, then you may transfer your booking to another person free of charge. Please send us a written confirmation of the name change, including information on the new guest as soon as possible.
